 The World Organization for Peace OMPP WOFP, has nominated the city of San Luis as World Capital for Peace, among 36 nominated cities in 30 countries as a result of the vote in favor of this city, since a majority of the Council of Eminent Persons and Delegates of the OMPP WOFP Organization.
 Once accepted this title, given annually by the OMPP WOFP, a city in the world in this way may be the starting city of the flame burning sports of the "Million Marathon".
 The one held in 182 European cities on the same day and same time next October, for planetary reforestation and to build a University for Peace in Baghdad.
